The Mertz Gilmore Foundation maintains its longstanding commitment to being field responsive and to collaborating with grantees, partners and other funders. The Board and staff regularly engage in learning opportunities with grantees, field leaders, and others in philanthropy to understand the wider non-profit sector’s needs and approaches, in order to collaborate toward future common goals.
